The API is hosted on Hetzner in Helsinki, Finland. The /v1/parse endpoint does not store the PDF or the parsed result. Resume text is processed by OpenAI (US) as a subprocessor. If your policies do not allow that, contact us about on-premise.
One fixed JSON schema
Every response uses the same documented fields, so each downstream system needs one mapping.
Prepaid credits
Buy 100 to 100,000 credits per order: EUR 0.15 per parse for 100 to 1,999 credits, EUR 0.12 for 2,000 to 9,999, and EUR 0.10 for 10,000 or more (the whole order is priced at its tier, excluding VAT). Credits never expire, failed parses are not charged, and you pay by card in the dashboard.
