Compliance & data privacy

The API is hosted on Hetzner in Helsinki, Finland. The /v1/parse endpoint does not store the PDF or the parsed result. Resume text is processed by OpenAI (US) as a subprocessor. For a data processing agreement or on-premise needs, contact us.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

No. The response uses one fixed schema: name, email, phone, location (with city, state, and country), LinkedIn and other links, work experiences, educations (degree, school, years, notes, location), and languages with levels. Country-specific details such as grades, licenses, or visa status are not separate fields. If they are written inside an education or work entry, they stay in that entry's text.

The parser reads CVs in many languages and always returns English field names. Month names are translated to English and dates come back as month and year numbers. Test with your own CVs using the 50 free parses per month.

PDF only, up to 5 MB, with a text layer. There is no OCR, so scanned image-only PDFs do not work.
