Resume Parsing for Talent Analytics

Turn each resume into a consistent record in your dataset

The problem

Questions about your candidate pipeline are hard to answer when the data sits in thousands of unstructured resume files.

The solution

Resume Parser converts each PDF resume into JSON with the same schema every time: work experiences with start and end month and year, educations, locations, links, and languages. Load the records into your warehouse or BI tool and query them. Role descriptions come back as markdown text, which you can search or run your own skill extraction on.

How it works

  1. 1

    Parse your resume archive

Send your historical PDF resumes to the API one by one, staying within 30 requests per minute per key, and store each JSON response.

  2. 2

    Load into your warehouse

Flatten the JSON into tables: one row per candidate, one per work experience, one per education.

  3. 3

    Build reports

Query experience lengths, locations, education, and language coverage across your pipeline.

Key benefits

Consistent records

Every resume is returned in the same schema, so comparisons across time are possible.

Dates you can compute with

Start and end months and years come back as numbers with an isOngoing flag, so you can calculate experience length.

Pay per parse

Prepaid credits that never expire, from EUR 0.15 down to EUR 0.10 per parse depending on order size (excluding VAT).

Questions

Frequently asked questions

No. There is no skills field. Skills and tools stay in the markdown description of each role (skillsDescription). For analytics, run your own extraction or taxonomy mapping on that text.
