Frequently asked questions
The response has fixed fields: firstName, lastName, emailAddress, phoneNumber, linkedInLink, workExperiences, educations, and languages. Your integration maps those to your ATS fields.
Each parse is synchronous and can take up to 60 seconds, so set your HTTP client timeout to at least 60 seconds. The rate limit is 30 requests per minute per API key.
You get 50 free parses per month. After that you buy prepaid credits from EUR 0.15 down to EUR 0.10 per parse depending on order size (excluding VAT). Credits don't expire, and failed parses are not charged.
PDF only, up to 5 MB, with a text layer. DOCX, plain text, and scanned image-only PDFs are not supported.
