50 free parses a month, then prepaid credits
Every account gets 50 free parses per month. After that you buy credits, 100 to 100,000 per order: EUR 0.15 per parse for 100 to 1,999 credits, EUR 0.12 for 2,000 to 9,999, and EUR 0.10 for 10,000 or more (the whole order is priced at its tier, excluding VAT). One credit is one successful parse, credits don't expire, and failed parses are not charged. There are no subscriptions or seat licenses.
Questions & Answers
Each successful parse uses one of your free monthly parses first, then one credit. Failed parses are not charged. Credits are bought in advance by card in the dashboard, 100 to 100,000 per order, and never expire.
One parse is one successful call to /v1/parse that returns parsed data. A multi-page resume counts as one parse. Sending the same file twice counts as two parses, because the API does not store anything between requests. Requests that fail are not charged.
Yes, there is a free tier instead of a trial: 50 free parses every calendar month. Sign up with your email at https://api.resumeparser.cc/signup, create an API key and start parsing. The free tier uses the same API, limits and response schema as paid usage.
Yes. The whole order is priced at its tier: EUR 0.15 per parse for 100 to 1,999 credits, EUR 0.12 for 2,000 to 9,999, and EUR 0.10 for 10,000 or more. Prices exclude VAT. For orders above 100,000 credits, contact us.
Count the resumes you expect to parse per month and subtract the 50 free parses. For example, 500 applications a month is about 450 paid parses, so an order of 1,000 credits (EUR 150 at EUR 0.15 per parse) covers a little over two months. Credits don't expire, so unused credits carry over.
No. Only successful parses are charged. Requests that fail with invalid_file (400), invalid_api_key (401), file_too_large (413), parse_failed (422), rate_limited (429) or busy (503) do not use free parses or credits. The dashboard and GET /v1/usage show your free parses remaining and credit balance.
No. There is no contract or subscription. You buy credits when you need them, and they never expire. Contact us if you need a custom contract or invoicing.
There is no self-hosted product today. If you cannot send resume data to an external API, contact us about on-premise.
