Job Matching Built on Structured Resume Data

Give your matching logic clean candidate data

The problem

Matching candidates to open roles by hand is slow and inconsistent, and good fits for roles owned by other teams are missed.

The solution

Resume Parser turns each resume into JSON with roles, dates, education, location, and languages, plus markdown role descriptions. Your matching logic, from simple rules to embeddings over the description text, runs on that data. The parser does not do the matching itself.

How it works

  1. 1

    Structure the candidate side

Parse each resume through the API and store the JSON.

  2. 2

    Structure the job side

Describe each role in a similar shape: required experience, location, languages, and key terms.

  3. 3

    Score pairs

Compare the two sides with your own rules or similarity scoring.

  4. 4

    Recruiters review the matches

Show recruiters the top matches with the fields that drove each score.

Key benefits

Every candidate, every role

Once candidates are structured, you can compare all of them against every open role.

Experience you can compute

Numeric dates let you calculate years in similar roles.

Text kept for semantic matching

Role descriptions stay as readable markdown, which works well as input for embeddings.

Questions
